Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies, and customers are responsible for their own return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Clearance and final sale items are non-returnable.
To return an item, please ensure it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Once approved, you may ship the item back using the carrier of your choice. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item following our return guidelines and place a new order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please note that this timeframe does not include the shipping time it takes for your return to arrive at our facility.
Yes, clearance items, final sale products, and personalized items are not eligible for return.
